Glorious Grouse Dinner

Our hugely popular Grouse Dinner returns for devotees to this delectable game bird. Indigenous to the British Isles, the red grouse is predominantly found in the high moorlands of Scotland and the north of England. The grouse's diet of heather, berries and seeds contributes to the meat's superb rich flavour and tender succulence. Our chefs select the best grouse of the season, letting it mature before serving it in true Mosimann style with a four-course menu and accompanying wines.
