We are delighted to be bringing you an exclusive Caribbean evening in collaboration with the BodyHoliday Resort in St Lucia, on Wednesday 11th October 2023.
The BodyHoliday’s Chef, Conaan Justin, will join us to create an incredible menu of the best of Caribbean flavours. The menu is also designed to encompass the BodyHoliday’s mission to restore balance in body and mind, with an all-inclusive experience made of daily treatments in the world-leading wellness centre, complimentary fitness classes and health seminars with a team of experts on-site, to a plethora of culinary choices.
Mosimann’s and the Body Holiday share the important philosophy of continuing to search for the healthiest freshest locally-grown ingredients, incorporated into each curated dish. Chef Conaan is also a well-known I-TAL Chef and offers plant-based diet principally intended to improve health and energy!
A wonderful Steel Band will be accompanying the whole evening playing the best of traditional Caribbean music!
