His most recent distinction is a Royal Warrant of appointment from HRH The Prince of Wales for Catering Services. He has entries in Debretts, Who's Who, People of Today, and has appeared on numerous television and radio broadcasts worldwide including BBC2's Food and Drink programme. The production of "Anton goes to Sheffield" on BBC won the Glenfiddich Award in the Radio and Television Category for 1986.
He is a member of societies, clubs, cookery and food associations world-wide, an author of several publications and judge at many international competitions; winner of countless prizes, medals, awards and honorary qualifications; and was formerly International President of Toques Blanches.
