1. Definitions
“The Academy”, “we”, “or our” is Mosimann’s –The Academy, a division of Mosimann’s Limited of 5 William Blake House, Bridge Lane, London SW11 3AB “Participant” or “you” is the student who enrols to attend a course.

2. Terms and Conditions
2.1 These terms and conditions and the enrolment form together with the Academy’s price list, constitute the terms of the legally binding contract ("the Contract") between you, any invoice addressee who signs set out in the enrolment form and
- the Academy

2.2 Any enrolment application by you will be subject to written acceptance by the Academy.

2.3 The price of any course will be that ruling on the day of your acceptance by the Academy.

2.4 You must be over 18 to attend our courses, unless otherwise stated

2.5 By booking on any of our courses or purchasing any other product or service from the Academy you agree to abide
by these terms and conditions. The Academy reserves the right to make minor amendments to any of these terms
and conditions at any time without prior notice.

3. The Course
3.1 You are required to attend all courses on a punctual basis unless prevented by
events which are beyond your reasonable control.

3.2 You must comply with all rules and regulations issued by the Academy from time
to time.
